Payment & cancellation policy
A 50% nonrefundable deposit reserves your event. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the event. If you cancel before that deadline, you forfeit the deposit but owe nothing further. Once the balance is due, the full booking amount is nonrefundable.
Bookings made within 7 days require full nonrefundable payment upfront. If Playport cancels your event, you receive a full refund. Events may start at any hour; each machine is blocked for one hour before and after your event. Both machines at the same venue include one dedicated host.
